We will move chronologically through the audio and video recordings from Moshe Feldenkrais' Training in Amherst, MA, often referred to as "The Amherst Training" - listening to lectures on human development and Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement (ATM) lessons, watching Functional Integration (FI) and practicing FI.
